Returns Policy

Software Return Policy

There are no refunds or returns for software after it has been activated. In most cases, there are no refunds or returns for software after it has been purchased.

Hardware Return Policy

If the hardware is defective and still under the manufacturer warranty, we can issue you a return authorization number (RA#) to send the device in for warranty repair or replacement if it is a Jabbla product. However, you may have to contact the manufacturer directly for a RA# and ship it back to them if it is not a Jabbla product.

If the hardware is broken and from Jabbla and is out of manufacturer warranty, we can still issue you a return authorization number (RA#) to send in the device for repair, but there will be a charge of $75.00 USD to examine the device out of warranty plus a shipping and handling fee that is non-refundable and does not include the cost of the repair.

In most cases, there are no refunds or returns for hardware after it has been purchased. If hardware is returned for a refund, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the original hardware purchase price. 


Shipping

We currently only ship products to addresses in the United States. 

We currently only ship items Priority U.S. Mail or UPS Ground depending on the weight and size of the item ordered.

The minimum we currently charge for shipping and handling is $15.00 USD depending on the item ordered.
